What
is it?
A four-week program of fitness instruction, food modification, &
motivation (with the option of nutritional counseling and diet planning)
provided by Certified Adventure
Fitness
Trainer / Personal Trainer Graciela Steckler-Crisalle. Special nutritional
seminars during each camp are presented for each camper and a guest. Each
day, your camp will be one hour in length, motivating & inspiring, and
will begin promptly at 5:30 a.m.
What if I'm not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable
of doing safely. Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to
participate in the Women's Only Boot Camp. Each day will slightly
increase in intensity.
Where is it?
The San Antonio Adventure Boot Camp will be meeting in San Antonio
North West area. Maps and directions will be issued to you during
your pre-camp evaluation. Remember, we meet early, so traffic is
VERY light…no excuses!
How
often will we meet?
You will meet Monday through Friday for
one hour during the four-week program. All participants will be expected
to arrive on time as Camp starts promptly at 5:30am.

What
do I need to bring?
An exercise mat, water bottle, small hand weights ( 5-8 lbs.), running
shoes, and a sense of adventure. These items can be
purchased at any local Target, Wal-Mart, Sports Authority, K-Mart etc. You
will be given details prior to the start of camp.

will I accomplish?
You will acquire a completely new body that will surely make you proud. By
participating, you will also get a free nutritional seminar…be sure to
bring a guest to this very informative seminar.

Each four-week morning boot camp has a registration fee of $299.
That's twenty hours of instruction! It averages out to just $14.95 per

How many people are in each camp?
The number varies, usually between 15-30 Boot Campers.
Guest Day is for your family and friends who want to give boot
camp a try. Please inquire about which days you can bring someone to visit
with us.
