Graciela Steckler Crisalle is your boot camp instructor.
Graciela has been involved in fitness most of her life. She is well
known in the aerobics, gymnastics and pilates international arenas.
Formally and informally has devoted her life to training individuals
to achieve their very best level of fitness. She has trained in many
parts of the world and came to San Antonio in 2000 to bring her
expertise to our community.
Graciela’s professional background, personal fitness, and devotion
to training combine to give you the experience of a lifetime during
your boot camp for women experience.

Your San Antonio Adventure Boot Camp Assistant trainer, Tracy
Graeber, brings motivation, heart, and fitness variety to the
program each day. Excelling in sports and athletics through high
school, she developed a passion for sports and fitness at a very
young age. In high school, she competed and lettered in volleyball,
basketball, softball, and track. She then attended UTSA and earned a
Bachelor's degree in Accounting. The next eight years she spent
being a stay at home mom and has loved every minute of it. In 2008
she was introduced to Adventure Boot Camp though a friend. After
over a year of attending classes, she decided to make fitness more
of a way of life and obtained her personal trainer certification.
She brings unique and personalized ways of motivating each of the
participants into owning their hard work and making fitness become a
way of life for them as well.

John
Spencer Ellis has been a fitness educator for over 13
years. In this time, he has trained over 1,000 clients and 15,000
fitness professionals.
The
combination of John's formal education, practical experience and fun
approach to exercise, have made his camps very exciting and popular.

John has been
involved with health and fitness since the age of twelve and has
become one of the most diversely trained fitness professionals in
the United States. He holds bachelors degrees in business and
health science (fall 2004), and a MBA with an emphasis in marketing
as well as a doctorate in education. He has more than fifteen
certifications, which include being a certified massage therapist,
plyometric instructor, self-defense instructor, fitness kick boxing
instructor, water fitness instructor, golf conditioning specialist,
Pilates teacher, personal trainer, clinical hypnotherapist, master
PACE circuit training instructor, and yoga instructor. John has a
2nd degree black belt in kung-fu and has completed the Ironman
triathlon. He also finished 5th in the U.S. at the National
Biathlon (run/bike) Championships. In addition, he has extensively
studied mind-body fitness and alternative health.
His medical training includes being a licensed radiological
technologist, certified medical assistant, and training in McKenzie
and traditional rehabilitation exercises. He has worked in fitness
centers, medical clinics, and has promoted sporting events in
California.
In addition, John is on the Advisory Board for the American
Association of Personal Trainers and is a Fellow of the National
Board of Fitness Examiners. He oversees operations at his
facilities; Spencer Escape Fitness Resort, Fast PACE Fitness and
Spencer Wellness Center, all located in California.ts
